MicroTech Laptop Software
All of MicroTech's latest range of ECUs are able to be programmed via a laptop. To do this you will need the special software, and dongle which enables the tuner to communicate with the ECU without the use of a handset.
The laptop software allows the tuner to view more information on the laptop screen as opposed to the limited view you get with the handset.
Tuning is also easier with the use of 3-d fuel maps and grids.
The laptop software does all the things that the handset does, including: tuning, data logging, saving maps, plus many more.
The software is free and is able to be downloaded here. You need to have the MicroTech dongle to be able to communicate with the ECU.
The LT series software requires a Pentium 133 system or newer to operate correctly.
For custom built ECUs, you can download the 12000rpm 45psi version of the software.
